Harris House Publishing seeks to produce quality Christian literature that upholds our values. Before contacting us with a query letter, please determine if your work aligns with our vision statement and the following statement of faith.

  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, authoritative, inerrant Word of God. Deuteronomy 4:2; Psalm 19:7-9; Proverbs 30:5,6; II Timothy 3:15-17; II Peter 1:20-21

  • We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Genesis 1:1-3; Isaiah 44:6-8; Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 12:29; John 1:1-4

  • We believe in God the Father, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love. We believe that He is mercifully involved in and cares about the affairs of each person, that He hears and answers prayer, and that He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ.   • We believe in God the Son, Jesus Christ the Savior, the only begotten Son of God, in His deity, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His substitution for our sin, His atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His continuous intercession for His people, and in His personal return in power and in glory.   • We believe in God the Holy Spirit, the Helper and Comforter, in His daily guidance and revelation of truth, in His conviction of sin, righteousness and judgment, and in His indwelling presence at the moment of salvation, enabling believers to live godly lives.   • We believe that everyone is born with a sinful nature, separated from God and in need of salvation. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for salvation through the repentance from sin and the acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We believe that people are justified on the single ground of faith in the shed blood of Christ, and that only by God’s grace and through faith alone we are saved.
